花生根瘤菌培养条件研究及菌肥的制作

Study on Culture Conditions of Rhizobia and the Methods of Making Bacterial Fertilizer

根瘤菌肥料是指用于豆科作物接种,使豆科作物结瘤、固氮的接种剂。本文以分离到的一株花生根瘤菌为试验材料,对它的培养条件进行了研究,确定了根瘤菌的最适培养条件:接种量为10%,培养基的pH为7.5,培养温度为28℃。同时介绍了花生根瘤菌菌肥的制作方法。

Rhizobia fertilizer is the term used for the inoculation of legume crop, legume nodulation, nitrogen fucation. In this research, the cultural conditions of Peanut Rhizobia was studied. The results showed that the optimal culture conditions were as below： inoculation＇ s quantity was 10%, initial pH was 7.5, culture temperature was 28 ℃. The methods of producing peanut rhizobia fertilizer was introduced in this paper.
