摘要
顶岗实训是农业高职人才培养方案中的重要环节,为客观评价顶岗实训教学,提高顶岗实训质量,在分析高职顶岗实训存在问题的基础上,依据全面系统性、科学性、可操作性、导向性、多元性和改进功能等原则,结合多年顶岗实训教学运行管理实践,对农业高职学生企业顶岗实训评价进行探索和实践。
Internship is an important part of talent cultivation model for horticulrue majors.In order to objectively evaluate the teaching quality of internship and improve the quality of internship,the author made an exploration in the evaluation system of the internship quality for horticulture majors,on the basis of analyzing the problem existed in internship and combining with the management experience of internship teaching.
