浅析公益性报告在医院公益性评价中的作用和方式

Analysis of effects and method of hospitals' social responsibility reports in social responsibility evaluation

目的:对某市公立医院公益性报告进行分析,拟探讨将公益性报告纳入公益性评价体系的作用和方式。方法:采用典型抽样方法对某市16家医院进行问卷调查和公益性报告分析。结果:共收到5家医院的8份公益性报告,大多从组织制度、医德医风建设、突发公共事件应对能力建设、便民惠民利民措施、科教研发展和其他等6个方面定性描述各自机构的公益服务开展情况。结论:公益性报告是定量数据的有力补充,应纳入医院公益性评价体系。

Objective： The public hospitals＇ social responsibility reports were analyzed. How to include the social responsibility reports into the evaluation system was discussed. Methods： The social responsibility was investi- gated through the typical sampling survey in 16 hospitals in a city, including questionnaire survey and social responsi- bility reports analysis. Results： The research collected 8 reports from 5 hospitals. These reports introduced their so- cial responsibility from 6 aspects, including organization and regulation, medical morality, public emergency response capabilities, courtesy measures for people, teaching and research development and others. Conclusion： The social responsibility reports are the powerful supplement to the quantity materials. They can be added into the hospital social responsibility evaluation system.
