专家评价法在某市公立医疗机构公益性评价中的应用

Application of expert evaluation method on the evaluation of social responsibility of public hospitals in one city

目的:探索专家评价法在公立医疗机构公益性评价中的适用性。方法:运用专家咨询法进行函询,邀请专家对样本医院的公益性水平进行评分。比较专家评价法与秩和比法、TOPSIS法对公益性评价结果的一致性。结果:专家评价法与其他两种方法在评价公立医疗机构公益性中具有较好的一致性。结论:专家评价法在评价公立医疗机构公益性时具有较好的适用性。

Objective： To explore the applicability of expert evaluation method on the evaluation of social respon- sibility of public hospitals. Methods： An expert consultation on the evaluation of the social responsibility of public hospi- tals was conducted and the experts were asked to give every hospital a score to mark their performance of social responsibil- ity. The consistency of results of expert evaluation method with those of rank sum ratio and TOPSIS was compared. Re- salts： The result from expert evaluation method had a comparatively strong consistency with those from the other two methods. Conclusion： Expert evaluation method is applicable to the evaluation of social responsibility of public hospitals.
