康心方对急性心肌梗死后心功能和心室重构的影响

Influence of Kangxin Decoction on Cardiac Function and Ventricular Remodeling of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的观察康心方对急性心肌梗死(AMI)后患者心室重构和心功能的影响。方法将患者随机分为对照组和康心方组,均予临床常规治疗,康心方组加用康心方治疗,疗程12周。观察重构指标左心室舒张末期内径、左室后壁厚度及室间隔厚度的变化;从左室射血分数及血清脑钠肽(BNP)观察心功能的变化。结果治疗后对照组左室内径较治疗前有增大趋势,康心方组无明显变化;康心方组收缩功能较治疗前显著改善,BNP较治疗前显著降低,均优于对照组。结论在西医常规治疗基础上加用中药康心方能改善心功能,而对心室重构指标影响不显著,可能与干预疗程和观察时间短有关。

Objective： To observe the influence of Kangxin Decoction on cardiac function and ventricular remodeling of acute myocardial infarction.Methods： Patients were randomly divided into the control group and the Kangxin Decoction group.After treatment for 12 weeks,changes including the LVEF,the BNP,the LVDd,the LVPW and the IVST were observed and compared.Results： After treatment,the LVEF was improved significantly and the BNP was decreased obviously in the Kangxin Decoction group compared with the control group.The left ventricular diameter in the control group showed an increase tendency in the control.However,there was no change in this index in the Kangxin Decoction group.Conclusion： Kangxin Decoction based on the western routine therapies could improve heart function after acute myocardial infarction.However,that it is no obvious effect in the indices of ventricular remodeling could be related to the short in the intervention time and treatment course.
