透穴刺法对带状疱疹后神经痛P物质的影响

Effect of Point Through Point Acupuncture in Substance P of Post-herpetic Neuralgia

目的观察透穴刺法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效,对透穴刺法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效及其镇痛作用进行初步探讨。方法将80例患者随机分为2组各40例,治疗组采用透穴刺法治疗,选取百会透通天(双侧)、前顶透承光(双侧)、正营透承灵(双侧)和皮损相关节段的同侧膀胱经穴向相应夹脊穴和督脉经穴透刺;对照组采用普通针刺法,选取与皮损相应的同侧夹脊穴和背俞穴。疗程结束后观察两组疼痛改善程度,测定患者治疗前后血浆中P物质的含量。结果两组治疗后疼痛改善程度、血浆中P物质的含量与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义,且治疗组优于对照组。结论透穴刺法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛可以提高机体P物质含量,从而缓解带状疱疹后神经痛。

Objective： To observe the effect of point through point acupuncture in post-herpetic neuralgia and to detect the mechanism of this therapy.Methods：80 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was used the point through point acupuncture which included the Baihui（CV20） through Tongtian（BL7） in both side,the Qianding（DU21） through Chengguang（BL6） in both side,Zhengying（GB7） through Chengling（GB18） in double side and paravertebral points in urine bladder meridian through points in Du meridian of related section.The control group was used the common acupuncture which was used the paravertebral points through back yu points in corresponding section.The pain improvement degree and the substance P level were compared before and after treatment.Results： There were some obvious differences in 2 groups about the pain improvement and the substance P level.Conclusion： The point through point acupuncture can increase the substance P concentration for remission the post-herpetic neuralgia.
