上海市造口治疗师职业发展情况调查与分析

A survey and analysis of career development of enterostomal therapists in Shanghai

目的了解上海市造口治疗师(ET)工作情况,探讨其职业发展中的相关影响因素,为ET人才队伍建设提供建议。方法 2010年12月—2011年1月采用自制调查问卷,对上海30名ET进行调查,内容包括个人基本情况、专科工作情况、职业发展情况及其所在医院造口-伤口门诊的工作情况。结果 30例ET中,3名为全职ET、14名兼任病区护士长、8名兼任带教、5名为普通护士;30名ET平均每个月相关护理会诊4.5例,其中12名参与过社区相关讲座,9名参加过相关社会义诊。影响ET发展的因素主要有岗位职责不明、医院对ET定位不清及缺乏开展工作时间等。结论上海ET专科的发展需进一步完善ET人才培养,明确ET岗位职责,落实专科护理工作内容,建立专科护理门诊,这样有利于ET发挥专业特长,促进护理学科的可持续发展。

Objective To investigate the career development status of enterostomal therapists （ETs） in Shang- hai, discuss the related influence factors, and provide advice on the talent team construction. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 30 ETs from December 2010 to January 2011, including general information, specialist work, career development, and work in the ostomy/wound outpatient department. Results In 30 ETs, 3 were full-time ET, 14 were part-time head nurses, 8 were part-time teachers, and 5 were ordinary nurses. The influence factors of ET development included that job responsibility and function in hospital were not clear, and lack of work time. Conclusion In order to promote the development of specialist care of wound, ostomy, and continence in Shanghai, efforts should be strengthened in training ETs, making clear their job responsibility and function in hospital, establishing specialist care of outpatient service, etc.
