随着体育市场化体育产业的发展要求体育行政奖励机制给与更多的投入与引导。在资源有限的背景下,体育事业与体育产业行政奖励之间出现了利益冲突,并由此出现发展失衡现象。通过构建博弈模型探究体育行政奖励机制内部的博弈困境,在此基础上对体育事业与体育产业的博弈困境进行溯因分析,并提出了对策与建议。
