斜沟煤矿选煤厂洗选方案经济效益分析

Analysis on Economic Benefits of Washing Scheme in Xiegou Coal Preparation Plant

通过对斜沟煤矿选煤厂入洗原煤煤质、产品定位、洗选工艺的分析,结合生产实际,对可实施的三种洗选方案经济效益进行了比较:1)保证洗混煤发热量20.934 kJ/g的情况下,尽量多洗选灰分11%气精煤;2)将末原煤中的气精煤全部洗选出来,精煤灰分11%,在保证洗混煤可顺利装车的情况下,煤泥尽量多掺入洗混煤中;3)单洗选洗混煤一种产品,保证洗混煤低位发热量20.934kJ/g。得出生产灰分为11%的气精煤,同时生产低位发热量为20.934 kJ/g的洗混煤,经济效益较好。

Through analyzing the quality of washed raw coal,product positioning and washing process in Xiegou coal preparation plant.Combined with the actual production,comparison among three economic benefits of implemented washing programm was as follows： 1,when the heat quantity of washing mixed coal was ensured at 20.934 kJ/g,gas clean coal of 11% ash content was the first choice.2,gas clean coal was washed out from the ending raw coal,clean coal had ash content of 11%.When the washing mixed coal could be ensured for loading,coal slime should be mixed as much as possible into washing mixed coal.3,When one kind of coal product was washed and washing mixed alone,low heating quantity of washing mixed coal was ensured of 20.934 kJ/g.Obtains that gas clean coal of 11% content ash,meanwhile,washing mixed coal of producing low heating quantity for 20.934 kJ/g the economic benefits are better.
