恶性卵巢肿瘤中的CD44V6表达及其与临床相关性研究

Expression of CD44V6 and Its Clinical Significance in Malignant Ovarian Tumor

目的 研究恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中ＣＤ４４ Ｖ６ 的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学和ＲＴＰＣＲ 方法，检测４１ 例恶性卵巢肿瘤、２０ 例良性卵巢肿瘤和２１ 例正常卵巢组织中ＣＤ４４ Ｖ６ 基因及基因蛋白的表达情况，并分析相关的临床病理因素。结果 恶性组ＣＤ４４Ｖ６ 基因蛋白表达阳性率明显高于良性组和正常组；而ＣＤ４４ Ｖ６ 基因扩增则恶性组和良性组高于对照组，良、恶性组间无显著性差异；有转移者的ＣＤ４４ Ｖ６ 基因及ＣＤ４４ Ｖ６ 蛋白阳性率显著高于无转移者， 转移灶阳性率高于原发灶；ＣＤ４４ Ｖ６ 蛋白阳性表达者的近期疗效比阴性者差；ＣＤ４４ Ｖ６ 阳性表达率与临床期别有一定关系，但与病理类型、组织学级别无关。结论 ＣＤ４４ Ｖ６ 与肿瘤的发生、发展相关；与卵巢恶性肿瘤的浸润和转移相关，可作为预测肿瘤转移的指标；与近期疗效有关，可作为评估患者预后的指标。

Objective To detect the expression of CD44V6 in ovarian carcinoma and investigate its clinical significance in malignant ovarian tumor.Methods mRNAs content and expression of CD44V6 proteins in biopsy samples of 41 malignant ovarian tumors,20 benign ovarian tumors and 21 normal controls were detected with RT PCR and immunohistochemical method.Results ①the positive expression rates of CD44V6 in malignance were significantly higher than that in benign and control;for the positive expression rates of CD44V6 mRNA,there was no significant difference between malignancy and benign,but there was significant difference between malignancy and normal control;②The expression levels of CD44V6 in residual foci >2 cm were significantly higher than that in residual foci ≤2 cm.The positive expression rates of CD44V6 in metastatic focus were significantly higher than that in primary focus; the positive expression rates in the pirmary focus with metastasis were significantly higher than that without metastasis;③The short term curative effects of patient with positive expression were significantly lower compared with the patients with negative expression;④No significant correlation was observed between the positive expression rate of CD44 and pathological type,or histological grade in cancer tissue.Conclusion ①CD44V6 was correlated with the carcinogenesis and progress of tumor.②The over expression of CD44V6 was correlated with the metastasis.③The over expression of CD44V6 was correlated with the curative effects,it would be a new marker for evaluating the curative effects and prognosis.
