肿节风片中异棽皮定含量的高效液相色谱法研究

A Study on the Determination of Isofraxidin in Zhongjiefeng Tablet by HPLC

目的： 建立肿节风片含量测定方法。方法： 采用μ－ ＢｏｎｄａｐａｋＴＭＣ１８ 柱， 乙腈－ ０－１％ 磷酸（２０∶８０） 为流动相， 检测波长３４４ ｎｍ 。结果： 该法平均回收率为９７－９ ％ ， ＲＳＤ为１－６ ％ （ｎ＝ ５） 。结论： 该法操作简便易行，可供本品质量控制用。

Objective:The method of the determination of isofraxidin in Zhongjiefeng tablet is developed.Method:This method used μ-Bondapak TM C 18 column,acetonitrile -0 1% phosphoric acid solution (20∶80) as mobile phase and 344 nm as detection wavelength.Result:The mean recovery was 97 9% and RSD =1 6%( n =5).Conclusion:This method is simple and easy to do.It may be adopted for quality control of this drug.
