In this paper, the author emphases on residential building space should fully display the characteristics and style of residential decoration. The decoration and architectural space specific requirements should be consistent,in order to widen space and environment, display personality, protect environmental health. Residential decolration should be reached as：rational use of vertical ＇space ; reasonable organization of level space; reasonable thinking decorative scheme; rational design of color hue; reasonable choice of environmental protection material;as well as tonal harmony perfect unity.
