锦鸡儿荚果结籽特性的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 种子植物的选择性败育系指植株在花粉源、传粉次序、果实在植株上的位置和发育果实中的胚珠数目等因素或者这些因素综合作用的基础上对发育中的幼果或种子选择性败育的现象。今通过自然观测及人工处理等方法对锦鸡儿(Caragana)进行自然状态下结籽格局的测定分析,并通过人工疏花、疏果等手段对其结籽格局的影响因素进行研究。结果显示:锦鸡儿种子形成具有明显的选择性败育现象,人工控制试验对种子的形成有显著影响。 The selectivity sterile of seed plants means that on the base of factors of plant in the pollen source, pollination order, in plant fruit on the position and development of the ovule factors such as fruit number or comprehensive action of these factors, the young fruit or seeds was in selective sterile. The patterns of fruit set under the natural state was analysed by natural determination and artificial processing.,and the effects of artificial flower-thinning and artificial fruit-thinning on the patterns of fruit set was studied. The results showed that the phenomenon of selective sterile of Caragana was not obvious, artificial control study affected seed form obviously.
