摘要
青贮添加剂是提高青贮饲料品质的重要措施之一。近几十年来,人们对于添加剂在牧草青贮技术中的应用进行了大量的研究,而且取得了重要进展,并成为目前青贮技术发展的重点,其中发酵促进型添加剂是近年来研究的热点。本文对乳酸菌、纤维素酶、绿汁发酵液和糖类等发酵促进型牧草青贮添加剂的研究进行了综述,阐述了研究的现状,指出了存在的问题,并对未来的趋势进行了展望。
Silage additives is one of the important measures to improve silage quality. In recent decades, we have done lots of researches in additive in forage silage, and has made a great progress, and become the focus of silage fermation. The type of silage addition is the hotspot in recent years. This paper reviews some type of the silage addition, like the lactic acid bacteria, cellulase enzymes, previously fermented juice and sugar and so on, and point out the research situation, the exiting problems and the future trends.
