摘要
研究显示,青年义务教育教师绩效工资偏好顺序为个人基础绩效工资、年度加薪、知识/技能工资、个人奖励性绩效工资和团队绩效工资.责任心对个人奖励性绩效工资偏好影响不显著,开放心态则存在着显著影响;责任心、开放心态对个人知识/技能发展工资偏好影响均显著.
The survey finds that young teachers' preferences for pay for performance (PFP) run in an order from basic personal performance pay, varied annual merit pay, knowledge/skills development pay, personal bonus, to team PFP. Conscientiousness has no significant impact on their preferences for personal bonus, whereas openness does have a great impact; both conscientiousness and openness have a decisive impact on their preferences for knowledge/skills development pay.
