深层气藏不动管柱水力喷射分段压裂技术 被引量:2

摘要 川西深层须四气藏为低孔低渗致密砂岩气藏,气藏埋藏深、压力高,破裂压力、延伸压力高,压裂改造难度大。X21-2H井水平段衬管完井,结合水力喷射技术和滑套多层压裂工艺,开发不动管柱水力喷射分段压裂技术,投球依次开滑套后由喷嘴喷砂射孔和压裂,实现了多段改造。通过优化喷嘴数量、入井管柱和工具、油套注入排量,采用"过交联"压裂液控制技术、环空压力控制技术,保证了顺利施工。 As a low-porosity,low-permeability,and tight sandstone gas reservoir,Xujiahe 4 Member of western Sichuan Basin is featured by deep burial depth,high pressure,and high fracturing and extension pressure.So it is difficult to carry out a fracturing.During the completion of liner tube in horizontal section of X21-2H well,combining with hydraulic-jetting and sliding-sleeve multi-layer fracturing,this study develops another hydraulic-jetting and staged-fracturing of original production string.Multi-staged fracturing has been realized by sand blasting perforation and fracturing after opening sliding-sleeve.By optimizing the nozzle number,in-well string and the injection volume of tools and tubing-casing,adopting over-crosslinking fracturing fluid and annular pressure control,this fracturing ensures a smooth construction and succeeds in deep and tight gas reservoir with high pressure.
