摘要
针对元坝地区陆相下部地层常规钻井机械钻速低、单只钻头进尺少的难题,中国石化近年来引进了"TorkBuster扭力冲击器+PDC钻头"钻井新技术,取得了较好的应用效果,同时也暴露出一些问题。为此,介绍了扭力冲击器的工作原理、特点和技术参数,对钻头扭力冲击技术在元坝地区的应用情况及现场应用中出现的问题进行了初步分析。应用结果表明:该技术在元坝地区钻井提速效果明显,单井机械钻速达到了2.45m/h,特别是在元坝10井、元陆9井,其机械钻速相比常规钻井分别提高了304%和322%,解决了该地区复杂地层机械钻速低的难题。
Some problems may occur during drilling continental lower formation in Yuanba area,including low penetration rate and less footage for single bit.So,a novel drilling technology combining TorkBuster torsion impactor with PDC bit was introduced by Sinopec.A better application effect has been obtained but with some new problems.In this paper,the working principles,features and technological parameters of torsion impactor are studied;and its application to Yuanba area and existing problems existing are analyzed.Results show that(1) its application obtains an obvious effect with especially respect to drilling-speed increase;(2) the penetration rate of single well may reach 2.45 m /h;and(3) in particular for Yuanba 10 and Yuanlu 9 wells,their penetration rate increases by 304 % and 322 %,much higher than that of conventional drilling.
