摘要
元坝区块探井在气体钻井结束后,还有1500~1700m的陆相地层要用液相钻井完成。因砂岩交错变化大、地层较硬,钻进过程中跳钻严重,机械钻速低且易漏。为了解决该难题,在元坝地区开展了液相欠平衡钻井技术提速应用研究,通过降低密度,优化压井方案,进行设备适用性改造,解决了该井段高密度钻进易发生井漏的难题,大多数气井钻井综合速度提高40%以上。
For an exploration well in Yuanba block,there is a continental stratum(with 1 500 ~ 1 700 m in thickess) left after a gas drilling.This stratum needs a liquid drilling due to staggered and hard sandstone,serious bit bouncing,low penetration rate and lost circulation.To solve these problems,a liquid under-balanced drilling has been developed to increase drilling speed.By decreasing density,optimizing well kill and improving equipment,the lost-circulation problem has been solved.Finally,the drilling speed increases over 40 %.
