透平膨胀机性能曲线在生产中的应用

Application of Performance Curve of Expansion Turbine

针对东海平湖气田陆上轻烃回收装置目前处理量与原设计偏离的生产实际情况,通过对透平膨胀机性能曲线的分析,提出了利用与膨胀机同轴压缩机的出口压力设计裕量调节膨胀机转速使其在相对较高等熵效率下运行的方法。

For the light hydrocarbon recovery device used in Pinghu gasfield of the East China Sea,the current treatment capacity is different from original designed one.In this study,the performance curve of expansion turbine is analyzed;after that,a new method under the condition of much higher isentropic efficiency,which the designed tolerance of outlet pressure of coaxial compressor within turbine is used to adjust rotating speed of turbine,is presented.
