摘要 为更有效地管理好苏里格气田的产水气井和间歇生产气井,分析了现有数字化管理技术存在的高压气井无法远程控制开井及自动加药排水采气无法等效于人工作业等问题,阐述了气井数字一体化管理技术及应用情况,即以高压气井远程控制开井技术为基础建立的气井远程控制开井、自动加药、远程自动间歇等一体化远程操作技术。该公司通过建立气井生产自诊断分析系统,对气井生产动态进行智能分析和诊断,实现对气井生产动态特征的智能化"体检"和"医治",在集成气井生产状况诊断数据库后建立气井生产综合管理系统,最终将技术人员从繁杂的人工气井分析管理工作中解放出来。 To manage effectively water-producing and intermittent production wells of Sulige gasfield,this paper presents a digital integration management techniques on the basis of analyzing some problems of existing technology,including:well opening cannot be remote controlled for high-pressure gas well;water drainage and gas production of auto-add medicine is not as efficient as that of artificial operation.Based on the remote-control technique for well opening of high-pressure gas well,this new management establishes an integration technology including remote-control well opening,auto-add medicine and remote auto-intermission.A self-diagnosis analyzing system is also estab lished for the production dynamic features and measures to realize an intelligent examination and cure.Therefore,a comprehensive management system is formed by integrated diagnosis database of well production status to free technical personnel from complexanalysis.
