摘要
我国《劳动合同法》对劳务派遣制度进行了系统的规定,然而,我国的劳务派遣制度仍然存在一些不足,有必要对其进行相应的完善。论述了我国劳务派遣用工的现状,分析了劳务派遣用工制度存在的问题,并提出了规范劳务派遣用工制度的政策建议。认为规范劳务派遣公司的设立条件、规范劳务派遣用工适用范围、加强对劳务派遣工作的监管等是解决问题的关键。
There are some problems need to continuously improve in China ' s labor service dispatch system even if it has been systematical defined in Labor Contract Law of People ' s Republic of China.Aiming at problems existing in labor service dispatch system,the key measures including regulating entry qualifications for labor service dispatching companies,restricting applying range of labor service dispatching system and strengthening supervision of labor service dispatch work are suggested.
