辅导员在高校留级生转化中的作用

Counselors' Role in the Transformation of the Repeaters in Colleges and Universities

随着我国高等教育的快速发展和招生人数的增加,高校留级生的人数和所占比重也在逐年增加。留级生的存在,增加了高等教育成本,更增加了高校学生管理部门的工作强度和难度。因此,做好留级生的转化工作是十分迫切和必要的。文章结合高校留级生产生的原因,从辅导员工作的实际出发,对辅导员在留级生转化中的作用进行了探讨。

With the development of higher education and the increase of enrollment, the number and propor- tion of repeaters is increasing year by year. The presenee of the repeaters takes more cost for higher edueation and gives more working intensity and difficulty for the eollege student management department. Therefore, the work as to the repeater~ transformation is very urgent and necessary. Combined with the praetical work of counselors, and the reasons of the emergence of the repeaters in colleges and universities, the article discus- ses the counselors＂ role in the transformation of repeaters.
