摘要
乙醇用作汽油添加剂对电喷发动机性能影响很大。结合有关乙醇汽油的研究及应用情况,在JM491Q-ME型发动机上与燃用无铅汽油时进行适应性对比试验,分析了E10#汽油对电喷发动机适应程度,提出发动机适应新燃料的结构改进方案。研究表明:在不改变发动机整体结构条件下燃用乙醇添加剂汽油发动机功率和扭矩输出有所降低,通过有针对性的对发动机做些小的结构调整,如采用增压技术、增加压缩比等使其适应油料变化不仅能够弥补动力性不足,还能提高燃油经济性,降低车辆排放污染。
Ethanol as a gasoline additive has great effect on the performance of eleetric control fuel injection engine. Based on research and applieation of the ethanol gasoline, E10 ethanol gasoline and unleaded gasoline are used on the QD492 engine comparing performance. The experiment result analysis of the influenee for EFI engine provides a scientific basis for the promotion of ethanol gasoline. The resuh of examination shows that without modifieation and adjustment on a gasoline engine, the power and torque output decreases. By small struetural adjustment, sueh as using pressurization teehnology, increasing the compression ratio, it ean not only compensate for the lack of power, but also improve fuel economy, reduce exhaust pollution.
