三维CAD参数化设计在冷冲模国家标准系列产品中的应用

The Application of 3D CAD Parametric Design in the National Standard of Cold Die Series Products

针对形状或功能相似的系列化产品设计,提出一种基于三维CAD参数化的设计方法,并针对冷冲模国家标准中的零部件在SolidEdge机械设计软件的基础上做了二次开发,实现基于变量驱动的系列化产品的参数设计,可以有效提高三维机械设计对系列化产品的设计效率。

In view of the shape or function of the similar series product, design is proposed based on a 3D CAD parameteriza- tion of the design method. And the second development is done in the light of the cold die national standard parts in Solid Edge on the basis of mechanical design software,which has realized parameters design of series products based on variable driver. It can effectively improve the 3D mechanical design of the series product design efficiency.
