摘要
作者总结了国内外动物福利的发展历史及现状,针对我国动物福利的现状提出一些切实可行的建议,为我国的动物福利提供理论依据,以推动我国畜牧业良性发展。
The author summarizes the history and the current situation of animal welfare at home and abroad, and offers some reasonable proposals for present situation of our country. The paper provides scientific evidence for animal welfare in order to promote husbandry healthy development.
