摘要
采用人为添加法模拟土壤中二氯喹啉酸浓度,研究二氯喹啉酸对土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌数量的影响。结果显示:在二氯喹啉酸进入土壤的短时间内(0~10 d),土壤细菌数量随二氯喹啉酸浓度的增加显著减少(P<0.05)。低浓度的二氯喹啉酸对放线菌生长有一定的促进作用,较高浓度则呈现抑制作用。表明土壤中细菌、放线菌可以指示土壤中二氯喹啉酸的污染状况。
The effect of quinclorac on the quantity of soil bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi were studied by the sim- ulation of quinclorac concentration in soil. During the short time (from 0 d to 10 d) after quinclorac going into soil, the number of bacteria reduced significandy with the increase of quinclorac concentration ( P〈0.05 ). Low concentration quin- elorac promoted the growth of aetinomycetes, and higher concentration of quinclorac inhibited the growth of actinomycetes. Therefore, the population of bacteria and actinomycete can be used as good indicators for the quinclorac pollution in soil.
