糖脂平汤对2型糖尿病血脂代谢影响的临床观察

Clinical observation of the impact of Tang Zhi Ping decoction on 2 diabetic lipid metabolism

目的:探讨糖脂平汤改善2型糖尿病血脂代谢紊乱(痰浊阻遏证)的临床有效性。方法:将纳入患者80例,随机分为治疗组(糖脂平汤组)40例,对照组(地奥脂必妥组)40例,疗程为6周,观察治疗前后各项指标的变化。结果:糖脂平汤对头身困重,倦怠乏力症状的改善要优于脂必妥组(P<0.05);糖脂平汤降低TG、LDL-C作用和升高HDL-C作用显著优于对照组(P<0.01);没有观察到明显的不良反应。结论:糖脂平汤治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症(痰浊阻遏证)安全、有效,同时提示化痰泄浊、健脾益气法是治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症的有效方法,值得进一步深入研究。

Objective： To investigate the Tang Zhi Ping decoction to improve the clinical efficacy of the type 2 diabetic dyslipidemia （Tanzhuo Zu＇e）. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （Tang Zhi Ping decoction group） and control group （to Austria Zhibituo the group）, 40 cases, treatment for six weeks to observe the changes of the indicators before and after treatment. Results： The Tang Zhi Ping decoction head body weight difficulties, malaise and fatigue symptoms improved to better than the Zhibituo group （P〈0.05）; The tang Zhi Ping decoction reduce TG and LDL-c role of increased HDL-c significant effect than the control group（P〈0.01）; did not observe a significant adverse reaction. Conclusions： Treating type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia （Tanshi Zu＇e） with the Tang Zhi Ping decoction is the safety, effective, and suggests that Huatan Xiezhuo, Jianpi Yiqi method is an effective method for treatment of type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia, it is worthy of furtherin-depth study.
