中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎60例临床观察

Clinical observation of treating 60 cases of RE in the integrative medicine

目的:观察自拟疏肝和胃汤结合西药治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:所有患者均用疏肝和胃汤结合西药奥美拉唑、多潘立酮治疗。结果:痊愈42例(70%),好转15例(25%),无效3例(5%),总有效率95%,6个月至1年随访复发17例,复发率28.33%。结论:自拟疏肝和胃汤结合西药治疗反流性食管炎取得了治愈率高、复发率低的理想效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating RE with the Shugan Hewei decoction plus western medicine. Methods： All patients were given the Shugan Hewei decoction plus western medicine omeprazole, domperidone for treatment. Results： Cured in 42 cases （70%）, improved in 15 cases （25%）, 3 cases （5%）, the total efficiency of 95%, 6 months to 1 year were followed up for recurrence of 17 cases, the recurrence rate of 28.33%. Conclusion： Treating RE with the Shugan Hewei decoction plus western medicine achieved a high cure rate, low recurrence rate of the desired effect.
