龟鹿二仙胶治疗老年增生性骨关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating proliferative osteoarthritis in elderly with Guilu Erxian capsule

目的:观察龟鹿二仙胶对老年增生性骨关节炎的治疗作用,以便更好地指导临床用药。方法:随机将入院治疗的80例患者分为治疗组及对照组各40例。治疗组采用龟鹿二仙胶治疗,对照组采用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗。对患者进行一般情况改善和局部情况改善状况观察。结果:治疗组患者显效26例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率为90%;对照组患者显效20例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率为77.5%。两组总有效率相比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:龟鹿二仙胶对老年性骨关节炎患者具有较好的治疗作用,且疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the effects of Guilu Erxian capsule in treating proliferative osteoarthritis in elderly, in order to better guide clinical treatment. Methods： 80 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, 40 cases for each, the treated group was treated with Guilu Erxian capsule, and the control group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsule. Patients＇generally the situation and status of local improvements were observed. Results： In the treated group, markedly effective in 26 cases, effective in 10 cases, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90%; in the control group, markedly effective in 20 cases, effective in 11 cases, 9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.5%. The total effective rate compared significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Guilu Erxian capsule has a better therapeutic effect on elderly patients with osteoarthritis, and was effective.
