炎琥宁联合盐酸金刚乙胺糖浆治疗时行感冒104例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 104 cases of influenza by Yan Hu Ning plus hydrochloric diamond ethylamine syrup

目的:观察炎琥宁联合盐酸金刚乙胺糖浆治疗时行感冒的临床疗效。方法:选取我科门诊就诊的时行感冒患者208例,随机分为炎琥宁联合盐酸金刚乙胺糖浆治疗组和盐酸金刚乙胺糖浆对照组,每组104例。对照组口服盐酸金刚乙胺糖浆100mg/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上,给予炎琥宁(10mg/kg加入5%葡萄糖溶液250ml)静脉滴注。两组各治疗7d后,观察并比较疗效。结果:治疗组在退热、止咳、减轻咽腔充血等方面时间明显缩短,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:炎琥宁联合盐酸金刚乙胺糖浆治疗时行感冒疗效显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Yan Hu Ning plus hydrochloric diamond ethylamine syrup in treating influenza. Methods： 208 cases were randomly divided into the treated group （104 cases） and the control group （104 cases）. The control group was treated with hydrochloric diamond ethylamine syrup, each time 100mg, 2 times a day; the treated group was given Yan Hu Ning on the basis of treatment of the control group, after 7 days of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The time of fever, cough, reduce pharyngeal hyperemia was significantly shorter in the treated group, the efficacy was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yan Hu Ning plus hydrochloric diamond ethylamine syrup was effective in treating influenza, worthy of clinical application.
