“从络辨治”中风麻木后遗症进展研究

A review on treating stroke numbness sequelae by Congluo Bianzhi

目的:探讨"从络辨治"中风麻木后遗症所取得的进展。方法:通过对36例中风麻木后遗症患者运用中医"从络辨治"病机理论辨治取得进展情况进行总结。结果:中风麻木后遗症患者遵循中医"从络辨治"理论进行辨治,36例患者中有14例患者服用中药三剂麻木症状减轻,服用一疗程治愈21例,好转13例,服用第二疗程共治愈32例,好转2例,总有效率为94.44%。结论:中风麻木后遗症患者通过运用中医"从络辨治"理论进行辨治,取得了满意的效果。

Objective： To investigate the progress made from the network treating stroke numbness sequelae. Methods： To summary the progress of treating 36 cases of stroke patients with numbness sequelae by TCM theory. Results： Stroke patients with numbness sequelae followed the TCM theory, 14 patients taking TCM three numbing, the symptoms reduced, taking a course, 21 cases cured, 13 cases improved, taking the second course, a total of 32 cases cured, improved in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 94.44%. Conclusion： Patients with sequelae of stroke numbness through the treatment of TCM theory, achieved satisfactory results.
