溴麝香草酚蓝比色法测定疹妙膜气雾剂中苦参总碱含量

Content determination of total matrine in ZHENMIAO film aerosol by Bromthylmol blue colorimetry

目的建立疹妙膜气雾剂中苦参总碱的含量测定方法。方法选用溴麝香草酚蓝比色法,测量波长为412 nm,测定苦参总碱的含量。结果测定苦参总碱含量浓度为0.3681 mg/ml(n=6)。结论溴麝香草酚蓝比色法测定准确、稳定性好,操作简便,可用于疹妙膜气雾剂中苦参总碱含量的测定。

Objective To establish a method for content determination of total matrine in ZHENMIAO film aerosol. Methods Content of total matrine in ZHENMIAO film aerosol was determined by Bromthylmol blue Colorimetry at 412 nm. Results The concentration of total matrine in ZHENMIAO film aerosol measured by the method was 0.3681 mg/ml, n=6. Conclusion Bromthylmol blue Colorimetry, which is accurate and simple with good stability, can be used to determine the total matrine content in ZHENMIAO film aerosol.
