随着通信、无线互联网技术的突飞猛进,移动终端用户数量的急剧增长,以及数字图书馆建设的加快,为图书馆开展移动信息服务创造了前提条件。3G是近年来兴起的前沿无线通信技术,其在图书馆建设和管理方面的使用,将为图书馆移动信息服务形式和内容带来新的变化。文章分析了图书馆信息服务的现状,探讨了基于3G网络的图书馆信息服务模式及实现策略。

With the rapid development of communication,wireless Internet technology and the sharp increase in the number of mobile end-user,as well as acceleratation of the construction of digital library,the preconditions were created for the development of the library mobile information services.3G was the cutting-edge wireless communications technology rised in recent years,its use in the library construction and management would bring new changes for the library mobile information services form and content.In this paper,the present situation of the information service of the library was analyzed,and 3G networkwere discussed based on the library information service mode and realization strategies.
