目前市场发电用煤供应紧张,各电厂普遍面临煤种变化大,实际燃用煤质较设计煤种变化较大,直接导致锅炉效率下降,电厂整体经济性下降。结合茂名热电厂300MW机组掺烧印尼煤的情况从运行实际出发,分析解决了由于煤质不稳定等对锅炉的正常运行带来的负面影响,从而有效地提高了锅炉运行的安全性及经济性。

Steam coal is in short supply in marketing at present.The coal fired in power plants facea variety of coal types.It is different with coal designed,which makes boiler efficient and unit economic barometer decreasing.In this paper,combined with the reality of Maoming Heat and Power Plant 300MW Units blended with Indonesian coal from running,analyzing and solving the normal operation of the boiler coal unstable or coal deviate from the design of coal and so on,thereby effectively improving the safety and economy of the boiler operation.
