双向终端均可由监控站远方投入或解除其本地电量闭环控制功能。若日电量控制投入,终端将自动将客户的日电量与日电量定值进行比较,若超过日电量定值的90%,则声、光报警,若超过日电量定值,则按中央站投入的电量控制轮次进行拉闸。同理,当月电量控制投入时,终端将自动将客户的月电量与月电量定值进行比较,若超过月电量定值的90%,则声、光报警,若超过月电量定值,则按中央站投入的电量控制轮次进行拉闸。
