随着船舶向大型化、现代化、专业化发展,及各种新型电子设备、导航设备、自动化控制设备用到船上,对船舶的质量提出了更高的要求。文章着眼于国内特别是广西的造船现状,从船舶检验具体业务入手,阐述了船舶检验的业务种类及其对船舶质量和航行安全所产生的影响。强调船舶检验是维护水上交通安全的重要保障,对消除船舶安全隐患和维护水上交通安全起着极其重要的作用。

Along with the large-scale,modernization and professional development on the ship,and all kinds of new electronic equipment,navigation equipment,automatic control equipment used on the boat,for the ship of quality,higher request was put forward.focused on present situation of domestic shipbuilding in particular Guangxi’s shipbuilding,from the ship survey specific business,the business kinds of ship inspection and their impact on the quality and the safety navigation were explained.Emphasizing vessel inspection was an important protection which maintained water carriage safety transportation,to eliminate the ship security hidden danger and maintain water carriage safety transportation played a very important role.
