摘要 文章介绍了CIGS薄膜太阳能电池的结构及特性、吸收层的主要制备工艺、并简述了其产业化前景。 This article describes the structure and properties of the CIGS thin film solar cell absorber layer preparation process,and outlined its industrial prospects.
