Identification of Different Varieties of Radix Curcumae by TLC

建立郁金药材薄层鉴别方法。采用薄层色谱法鉴别郁金类药材中姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素、双去甲氧基姜黄素。采用薄层色谱法鉴别3种成分斑点清晰,专属性强。该方法专属性强,可用于郁金的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a way for the identification of different varieties of Radix Curcumae by TLC. Methods：TLC was applied to the identification of curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin of Radix Curcuma. Results： The spots in the pictures of curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin were fairly clear. Conclusion：TLC is a very helpful way to the identification of Radix Curcumae. It can be used in the quality control of Radix Curcumae1.
