摘要
对PTT/PET复合纤维的热收缩性、染色性与其结构关系进行分析。结果表明:用分散性染料常压沸染,经过碱处理的PTT/PET复合纤维和未经碱处理的纤维用时分别约为26、34 min,饱和上染率分别约为70%、60%;PET纤维的上染率一直低于PTT/PET复合纤维,前者的饱和上染率不到后者的30%,而且一直没达到真正饱和;碱处理后,PTT/PET复合纤维孔洞多且均匀。
The hot shrinkage and the relationship of structure and dyeability of F/T/PET composite fiber are analyzed. The result indicates that through atmospheric boiling dyeing by use of disperse dyestuff, the saturated take up rate of alkali treated P3T/PET fiber ( dyed for 26 mins) and not alkali treatment fiber ( dyed for 34 mins) is about 70% and 60% respectively. And take up rate of PET fiber is always lower than that of PTT/PET fiber ( saturated take up rate of PET is less than 30% ), and havent reached saturation. After alkali treatment, PTY/PET composite fiber is of more even holes.
