摘要
为了掌握柔丝织物结构参数对负离子性能的影响规律,采用正交试验方法,织造各种不同纱线细度、原料比例、纬纱密度的25种柔丝面料,探讨柔丝织物试样结构参数和负离子发生数之间的关系,并建立了多元回归预测模型。研究发现,随着纱线细度、柔丝纤维比例、纬纱密度的增加,试样负离子发生数呈上升的趋势;各结构参数对负离子发生数影响程度的大小为:纱线细度、原料比例、纬纱密度;建立的回归预测模型经验证具有很高的精确度。
In order to explore the influencing regulations of fabric' s structural parameters on the performance of anion, orthogonal test is employed to the twenty-five kinds of Rousi fabrics woven with different yarn fineness, proportion of raw materials and weft density. Based on the test, the relationship between structural parameters of the fabric samples and generation of anion number is probed, and multivariate regression prediction model is established. The result shows that with the increase of yarn fineness, proportion of fabrics and weft density, the generation of anion number tends to increase. The degree of impact of structural parameters on the generation of anion number is lined as yarn fineness, proportion of raw materials and weft density; regression prediction model is testified with extreme accuracy. The research can serve as reference for enterprises when manufacturinz Rousi fabrics.
