钦州学院涉海学科专业群教师团队建设的探析

构建涉海学科专业群,必须加强教师团队建设,形成相应的师资队伍。文章认为,钦州学院在涉海学科专业群建设中,应把涉海学科专业教师团队建设作为首要的任务,采取切实有力的措施,加强人才资源开发,从五个方面去努力。

Constructing involved in sea-discipline professional group must strengthen the construction of teachers’ team and form a corresponding of teacher team.In QinZhou College involved-sea disciplines specialty group construction,construction of teacher team should be set up as a priority task,take practical measures,strengthen human resource development,work hard from the five areas.
