摘要
探讨了通过共缩聚的方法制备无机阻燃聚酯切片的方法,研究相适应的纺丝和牵伸工艺制取无机纳米复合阻燃聚酯纤维的生产工艺。研究选择了氢氧化镁等无机材料作为阻燃剂,行选用气流粉碎、纳米材料表面修饰、原位复合等技术将其精加工成高分散、高稳定的成纤用无机纳米复合阻燃材料,实现了对聚酯的阻燃改性。
This article deals with the manufacture of inorganic flame retardant polyester chips by melting copolyeondensation with spinning process and drafting process of inorganic nanocomposite flame retardant polyester fiber re-adjusted. Nano organic material as magnesium hydrogen is used as fiber' s flame retardant agent and nano material is adopted to modify fiber' s surface to make high disperse and stable fiber' s nanocomposite flame retardant materal and thus further modified the flame retardant property of the polyester.
