文章以GX传媒集团探索多元发展路径为例,对改制背景下集团型党报实施多元化发展的必要性与可行性进行了分析,并对该集团构建的广告、印刷、发行、出版、文化艺术品交易等多元文化产业链和探索实践过程中取得的经验、启示进行了阐述,以期为国内同行在当前文化体制改革大背景下实施多元化发展战略提供参考。
