国家创新研究群体建设研究——基于国家自然科学基金项目的计量分析

On the Construction of National Innovation Research Groups

创新研究群体建设,有利于培养和造就具有创新能力的人才和群体,发挥团队效应。分析国家自然科学基金委10余年创新研究群体资助数量、资金投入、区域分布、研究机构,以及区域分布基尼系数和区域学科分布多样化指数,研究高校创新群体数量与高校创新能力的关联性,指出创新群体建设具有稳定性、增长性,研究方向具有差异性和针对性,团队资助具有阶段性和连续性,区域分布具有不均衡性和集聚效应等特点。

The purpose of building innovation research groups is to develop and foster creative talents and groups to play team effect.This paper analyzes the present situation of innovation research groups subsidized by National Natural Science Fund from the number of the groups funded,fund input,regional distribution,research institutes,the gini coefficient of the regional distribution and the diversification index of the regional discipline distribution,studies the relationship between quantity of innovation research groups and ability of sci-tech innovation in colleges.It shows that there is steady growth with the construction of innovation research groups,the research orientation of the groups has difference and pertinence,the funding for the team groups has stages and continuity,and the regional distribution of the research groups presents features of imbalance and agglomeration effect and so on.
