摘要
知识溢出通过对高技术服务业技术创新不同方面的影响来最终影响其技术创新能力,从知识溢出对高技术服务业技术创新能力不同方面的影响分析入手,从投入与产出两个维度给出知识溢出视角的高技术服务业技术创新能力评价指标体系,并运用因子分析针对2011年我国29个省份高技术服务业技术创新能力的状况进行实证评价。给出主因子特征,反应各评价主体高技术服务业技术创新能力的综合得分。
Knowledge spillover influences high-tech service industry’s technological innovation capability eventually from different aspects.Start with the influencing analysis of knowledge spillover on high-tech service,this paper constructs the index system for evaluating the high-tech service industry’s technological innovation capability from the perspective of knowledge spillover in input and output dimensions.Applying factor analysis,it evaluates the influence of knowledge spillover on high-tech service industry’s technological innovation capability of 29 provinces in China in 2011.Finally,it presents the main factors and comprehensive scores of high-tech service industry’s technological innovation capability of the provinces.
