我国高校Human Book资源的建设管理与优化对策

Construction,Management and Optimizing Strategy of Human Book Resource among Universities in China

Human Library作为一种新的阅读服务模式,在我国迅速的发展起来。本文通过对国内外部分高校的Hu-man Book现状的分析,阐述了国内高校Human Book建设与管理中存在的问题,并提出开拓Human Book的咨询主题类别,引进校外优秀的Human Book,创新Human Book的建设模式,加强国内高校间Human Book的交流,完善Hu-man Book的管理的优化对策。

As a new form of reading services,Human Library has developed rapidly in our country.This paper focuses on analyzing present situation of domestic and overseas universities,and discussing problems in constructing and managing Human Book.Effective strategies are offered including： increase Human Book subject category,introduce publication Human Book outside,innovative a new mode of Human Book,strengthen the Human Book communication among universities within the region,and improve the management of the Human Book.
