摘要
通过参考引力模型和相关学者的研究成果,论文试图构建基于空间距离的区域技术创新扩散强度的评价模型,并把熵值法和引力模型相结合,完成对技术创新强度的评价。依据构建的评价模型,对皖江城市带技术创新扩散的强度进行了测算,根据各地市的区域技术创新扩散个别强度,把皖江城市带区域技术创新扩散中心分为三级,得出皖江城市带整体创新扩散强度呈自东向西、自南向北逐渐减弱的态势,与其实际状况相吻合;在实证分析的基础上,提出提升皖江城市带区域技术创新扩散强度的对策和建议。
Firstly,the authors studied the gravity model and the relevant theories of regional innovation.Then,on the basis of the gravity model and the entropy method,the authors firstly establish an evaluation model of the diffusion of technology innovation.In this paper,the authors take the Anhui Demonstration Zone for Industrial Relocation into Cities along the Yantze River as the empirical research object,make estimates and analyses on the innovation diffusion status of 9 cities in this region from technology innovation diffusion ability,technology innovation absorption capacity,technology innovation diffusion resistance,and evaluate its diffusion intensity of technology innovation by using the evaluation model.The authors find that Wanjiang City Strip innovation diffusion center can be divided into three levels,and it presents a waning momentum from east to west,and south to the north,which coincides with the actual situation.Based on the analysis of evaluation results,the authors present countermeasures to enhance the diffusion intensity,such as to perfect the mechanism of innovation cooperation,to outstand the function orientation of cities,to establish the development direction of industries and to optimize the supporting conditions of diffusion and so on.
