复方南星止痛膏联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年髋部骨折的临床研究

CLINICAL RESEARCH ON COMPOUND NANXING PAIN PASTE WITH SALMON CALCITONIN IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH HIP FRACTURE

目的观察复方南星止痛膏联合鲑鱼降钙素对老年髋部骨折患者的临床疗效。方法 30例保守治疗的老年髋部骨折患者随机分为二组,治疗组15例于就诊后局部外用复方南星止痛膏进行治疗,疗程为6d,并同时口服钙尔奇D,疗程16周。患者开始患髋关节锻炼后再次应用复方南星止痛膏6d,另外骨折后4周起治疗组应用鲑鱼降钙素肌注,共12周。对照组患者单纯口服钙尔奇D 16周。对比观察二组患者疼痛和骨痂骨密度于治疗前、后的变化情况。结果治疗组疼痛缓解明显好于对照组,16周时的骨痂骨密度明显高于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论复方南星止痛膏联合鲑鱼降钙素可以缓解老年髋部骨折患者的疼痛,提高骨痂密度。

Objective To assess the effect of compound nanxing pain paste with salmon calcitonin in treatment of hip fracture in elderly patients.Methods 30 elderly patients with hip fracture were divided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group were treated by compound nanxing pain paste for 6 days and caltrate D for 16 weeks.After 4 weeks,they accepted injection of salmon calcitonin for 12 weeks.Treatment with compound nanxing pain paste was taken when they started practicing the injuried hip as before.Patients in the control group were only treated by caltrate D for 16 weeks.The remission of pain and bone mineral density（BMD） of callus were also observed.Results More effective ease of pain and better BMD of callus were found in the treatment group.Conclusion Compound nanxing pain paste combined salmon calcitonin can ease the pain and raise BMD of callus in treatment of hip fracture in elderly patients.
