食管癌放疗致放射性食管炎的护理干预

NURSING INTERVENTIONS OF ESOPHAGITIS WITH ESOPHAGEAL CANCER TREATED BY RADIOTHERAPY

目的探讨护理干预对放射性食管炎的影响。方法对45例食管癌放射治疗患者,实施了有针对性的护理措施。结果 45例食管癌患者,在放射治疗过程中出现轻度放射性食管炎30例,中度13例,重度2例,无一例中断治疗,全部完成放射治疗计划。结论护理干预可有效降低放射性食管炎反应,保证患者顺利完成放射治疗计划。

Objective To probe into the effect of nursing interventions on esophagitis by radiotherapy.Methods The patients of 45 cases with esophageal cancer treated by radiotherapy were taken carefully.Results Mild esophagitis were found in 30 cases,moderate esophagitis were found in 13 cases,severe esophagitis were found in 2 cases,all patients completed the treatment plans.Conclusion Nursing interventions can effectively reduce the response of esophagitis and ensure the completion of patient treatment plans.
