摘要
青阳参是民间传统药材,其主要有效成分为C21甾体类化合物。本文综述了青阳参中C21甾体类化合物的结构类型与常见化合物,对其苷元骨架的13C NMR谱、糖基的13C NMR和1H NMR谱数据进行了归纳总结,分析了不同结构类型和不同取代基的C21甾体化合物的核磁共振谱学数据特征,并对C21甾体苷中常见糖的甲基苷的碳谱数据进行了分析总结。
Qingyangshen is a traditional folk medicine, of which the active ingridients are the C2~ ster-oidal glycosides. The structure types and common chemicals were reviewed.^13C NMR data for aglycone moieties, 13C NMR data and^lH NMR data for sugar moieties were summarized. Analyzing NMR spec-troscopic data for C21 steroids of different structure types with different substituents, the NMR spectro-scopic characteristics were obtained. In addition, ^13C NMR data for methyl glycosides of the common sugars were analyzed and summarized.
